Due to external influences such as colouring, the hair structure can be damaged when inner hair bonds break. As a result, the stability of the hair is reduced and the hair is prone to breakage. The integrated Anti-Metal Bond Protection Technology in BLONDME hair colour products creates a protective layer around the hair bonds, minimising hair breakage. Combined with a new Anti-metal agent that captures and neutralises metal ions within the hair, hair breakage is mitigated further and the colour result is optimised – no bonding additives or anti-metal treatments are needed.
Anti-Metal Agents & Bond Protection
An acidic pH level helps to close the hair cuticle, which protects the hair’s integrity while enhancing shine and improving pigment retention for longer-lasting colour. This is particularly beneficial after lightening, when the cuticle is open and the hair is porous – making it ideal for fragile, pre-lightened hair. The formula is extra gentle and nondamaging.
The recommended development time is 10 minutes to achieve optimal pigmentation and intense shine. For more intense colour results or slightly extended longevity, the development time can be prolonged up until 20 minutes. Keep in mind: Always allow for visual control.
