Step 1
Working on top of the head above the parietal ridge, create two almond-shaped sections on the left and right separated by a veil of hair in the middle.
Step 2
Take a horizontal slice, fine weave the outline of the section with Color 2.
Step 3
Throughout the rest of the almond-shaped section apply Color 1, then finish the last slice of the outline with Color 2. Repeat on the opposite side.
Step 4
Apply the Base Color.
Step 5
Apply the Ends Color.
Step 6
Leave to develop for 30–45 minutes. Follow with FIBRE CLINIX Post-Color service.

The IGORA ROYAL Highlifts 10- series is formulated with a higher pigment concentration. This means it can lift up to 4 levels on a base 7, give more tonality to the hair and can also be mixed 1:1. The IGORA ROYAL Highlifts 12- series, on the other hand, provides a stronger lift performance, lifting up to 5 levels on a base 6 and lighter, and it can be mixed 1:2.
The main difference is the results you'd like to achieve. The IGORA ROYAL Highlifts, for instance, can lift the natural hair color up to 5 levels, enhancing natural blondes by working with the natural pigment. The IGORA VARIO BLOND Lightener, on the other hand, can achieve optimal lift and is also suitable for various bases, removing both artificial and natural pigment.
