With a state-of-the-art, human-like digital persona that can engage with you like a real-life educator, MAiA is trained via Ai to deliver support and expertise across the BLONDME product assortment.
In order to chat with MAiA, please ensure your device sound is turned on and you allow your internet browser to access your microphone*. This is usually found within Device Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, selecting your internet browser from the list. MAiA does not require your camera to be enabled.
By clicking Start Conversation beneath MAiA's screen below you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Statement and consent to the processing of your input (voice) by our Ai technology provider Anam.ai to enable your interaction with our Ai Expert and Virtual Assistant, MAiA.

- No personal data is required, and we strongly discourage sharing any personal or sensitive information during the conversation
- We do not store or process personal data and are not able to identify individual users
- All data is automatically deleted after 30 days and is not used to train Ai models

Although MAiA is trained via Ai to deliver the most up-to-date product information to support you in-salon, she is limited in the advice she can give without seeing a visual of the hair, e.g. for colour correction queries. The information you receive in these instances, therefore, may not always be applicable to your circumstances. We suggest consulting the Technical Advisory if you have any specific consultation requests.
