Our Direct Selling Organization will be our new channel of distribution in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. We will continue to sell via our existing full-service distributor partners in Western Canada and the Maritimes and our existing network of approved distributor stores in Ontario and Quebec.
Our current distributors will continue to service these markets only via their distributor store network.

Yes, we will honour all salon discounts that are in place. We require proof of discount; this can be done by providing us with an invoice or a copy of a written agreement.
We will have a full e-commerce website available in 2023 for all your product needs. Your sales representative will provide more information on when this resource will become available.
You will continue to receive regular service from a direct Sales Consultants or an inside Sales representative. Your direct representative will be chosen based on your sales volume and location.
Yes, you will continue to earn clubSKP points on all your Schwarzkopf Professional purchases.

Yes! You can always find our educational offerings online, in our Passion pages, by following us on lnstagram or through your Brand Educator or Sales Consultant.
Starting November 1st, you will be visited by your Brand Educator and Sales Consultant. They will introduce themselves, ensure your account details are set up and establish a call cycle that best meets your salon needs.
During this time, you will continue to place your regular orders with your current distributor. This will simply serve as a transition period so you can become better acquainted with our team and be ready to start placing your orders with our direct selling organization as of January 1, 2023.
